EastSide Centre is is the place for soccer games from youth through college levels. Soccer is one of the fastest growing youth sports in the United States, according to the United States Youth Soccer Association. Soccer is easy to learn and its fast pace holds the attention of youths who might become bored playing other sports. Boys and girls of all shapes and sizes can play, and it is an excellent form of exercise. Physical benefits include building cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength, helping with coordination, and weight control. Soccer can also help develop discipline, leadership and self-esteem. EastSide Centre's soccer fields host the East Peoria Youth Soccer program and are home field to the East Peoria Community High School boys and girls junior varsity and varsity soccer teams as well as East Peoria's Illinois Central College soccer team.

East Peoria Youth Soccer, coordinated by the Fon du Lac Park District, offers an in-house soccer league for boys and girls age 4 through eighth grade. The soccer program is conducted in both the fall and spring. The fall games are played outside at EastSide Centre. During the spring, games are played indoors at the Morton Recreation Center in Morton and Armstrong School in East Peoria.
Registration for the fall soccer season usually occurs in mid-August. The registration period for the spring indoor soccer program occurs in February.
East Peoria United Soccer
East Peoria United Soccer is a competitive co-ed soccer club emphasizing the development of self-esteem, good sportsmanship, fitness, teamwork and skill. The program provides a higher level of play while minimizing the travel and expenses of a travel league. Divisions are: U9 (7-8 years), U10 (8-10 years) and U12 (10-12 years) and U14 (12-14 years). Games are played in East Peoria, Morton, Washington and at least one weekend in Lincoln.
