Raffle License Application and Rules  

The City of East Peoria issues raffle licenses only to bona fide charitable, educational, fraternal, labor, religious and veterans organizations that operate without profit to their members. The organization must have been in continuous existence for five years or more immediately before making an application for a raffle license. In addition, the organization must have had a bona fide membership engaged in carrying out the organization's objectives for the five year period.
