Due to the Governor’s Executive Orders regarding COVID-19 limiting the number persons at any one gathering to no more than 10, while also relaxing of the Open Meeting Act requirements with regard to public meetings, all public meetings of the City Council or any City Boards or Commissions will be held remotely via Zoom (or other video conferencing platform) without an in-person meeting location for the public to attend. You will need to review the meeting agenda to determine which video conferencing platform is being used.

You can submit a public comment remotely by attending the meeting on Zoom Meetings and selecting the Raise Hand icon on your screen during the public comment period or press *9 to raise your hand if calling in by phone during the public comment period.
Council meetings will also be recorded and will be available on the City’s website. Click on the “Government” tab at the top of page; then click on “City Council”; scroll down on the “City Council” page to “Meeting Video” where you will find a link to Meeting recordings via Facebook or Channel 22.
