A recycling drop-off event will be conducted by the East Peoria Green Team from 8:30 until 11:30 a.m. Saturday, October 3 in the parking lot of Central Junior High School, 601 Taylor Street. This is a first come, first served event.
Accepted items are clean glass, cardboard, paper, aluminum and steel cans, and plastic #1 and #2 bottles and jugs. Not accepted are caps, jar lids and window glass.
