Electricity grant available to small businesses, organizations

The Ameren Illinois 2022 Non-residential Hardship Grant is available to small businesses with 50 or less employees and 501(c)(3) organizations with an active Ameren Illinois electric account. The deadline to apply is Friday, September 30 or until funds are depleted.

The 2022 Non-residential Hardship Program provides a one-time credit to qualifying small businesses and nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations. The organization must have an active Ameren Illinois electric account and be experiencing a hardship. If eligible, this assistance will be applied to the organization's Ameren Illinois electric account in the form of a one-time credit, up to $500.

Once downloaded, fill out the grant application and return both pages to Ameren Illinois via email, fax or mail. Directions are on the application cover page. Email or fax submission are recommended to prevent delays. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
