[ARCHIVED] Halloween trick-or-treating hours set

Halloween door-to-door trick-or-treating will be from 5 - 8 p.m. Sunday, October 31. Residents wanting to participate should turn on their front door lights. All children should be back home by 8 p.m. and are encouraged to visit their own neighborhoods.
