City offices will close at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, and be closed Dec. 31 and Jan. 1 for the New Year holiday. Garbage/recycling collection occurs on Monday. There will be no collection Tuesday. It will run one day late the rest of the week, ending Jan. 5.
