From IDOT: A routine inspection of the McClugage Bridge will begin Monday, April 15.
The inspection of the span that carries westbound U.S. 150 over the Illinois River will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., requiring intermittent lane closures, and will last through Friday, April 19.
Motorists can expect delays and should allow extra time for trips through this area. To avoid the work area, when feasible, use of alternate routes should be considered.
